International Shipping
7-21 business days depending on location and customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer. My Higher Self is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@myhigherself.co with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
